It’s engineered to handle up to 15 full-grown cows and is rugged enough for bulls. The 1,000 lb. capacity hopper dispenses a wide range of feed types into four 6-foot long troughs giving you 24 linear feet of trough space.
The simple programmable timer controls the adjustable spinning plate allowing you to set the amount of time and feed dispensed for up to six feedings per day. And a 12 volt battery system, recharged by a solar panel, ensures that the feeder never runs out of power. This means your livestock are always fed on time – every time with our automatic portable cattle feeder. A vibrating motor comes standard on every feeder to ensure good feed flow even with “sticky” feed. Stabilizing legs are located at the outside corners of the feeder for stability during operation.
Highway reflectors ensure safe highway towing. A feed shut-off feature is included so that no feed is lost in transit from the feed mill. And a removable tongue protects you from theft and gives your cattle full trough access.
